Baltic Amber Necklace - Cognac

Wearing Amber is a traditional European remedy, believed to help relieve the symptoms of teething through the natural inherent calming analgesic properties of the fossilized resin.
When Baltic amber is worn against the skin, the skin's warmth releases healing oils (succinic acid), which is then absorbed via the skin into the bloodstream.

These beads are individually knotted, so it should remain in one piece even if broken under stress.
This jewellery is not for chewing, if is for wearing only.
For Safety purposes, we recommend removing the necklace when baby is sleeping or unattended.
Amber is good for roughly 2 years, depending on how it is cared for. It can become brittle and faded over time, especially if exposed to soaps and creams, perfumes, chlorine or heat. Please check your amber occasionally for signs of wear and tear.

Baltic Amber is an organic “fossil resin” which was formed over 45 million years ago from pine trees which grew in Northern Europe - from southern regions of the present day Scandinavia and nearby regions of the bed of the Baltic Sea. The lightest raw colors contain the most succinic acid. Yellow amber is the most pure form of amber nature produces; "Butter" (yellow) is the lightest color, then Lemon, Honey, Green, Cognac, Cherry, and Black Cherry.
